Ndot (the "Company") establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly.
1. Personal information collected and purposes
- Inquiries: email address, inquiry content (used to respond to inquiries)
- Job applications: name, contact details, resume information (used for the hiring process)
2. Retention period
- Inquiries: destroyed 6 months after completion
- Job applications: destroyed 90 days after the hiring process ends (returned or destroyed immediately upon request)
3. Third-party provision and outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without consent, and does not currently outsource processing or transfer data abroad. Any such change will be announced in this policy in advance.
4. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time via hello@ndot.app.
5. Destruction and safeguards
Personal information past its retention period is destroyed without delay. The Company applies safeguards such as transport encryption (HTTPS) and access control.
